Payment
Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply an item ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.


Delivery
Standard delivery charge is £2.95 on orders up to the value of £14.99 and orders £15 and over are charged at £3.95 no matter how much you order. Charges are applicable for most mainland orders throughout the UK. Additional postage charges apply for some areas- Scottish Highlands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or Isle of Wight.

We aim to deliver items within 3 - 5 working days once payment has been received. Out of stock items will normally be delivered within 7 to 10 working days. We will advise by e-mail once your order has been despatched. Orders will be despatched once all items in yor order are ready for delivery unless substancial delays are expected in which case we will contact you to confirm cancelation/replacement of item or item being sent seperately once available.

We accept no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products caused by circumstances beyond resonable control.


Returns
If you are not happy with the goods you have ordered, please ensure you return them to us unused, in original packaging in the condition to which they were sent to yourself within 5 days. We will then provide a refund or exchange for alternative products.

The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded.

We advise you obtain proof of purchase when returning items as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. You are responsible for claiming compensation from the Royal Mail. Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited.

Please inform us of any faults/damage within three days of receiving the order. Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery.

We will only refund return/exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.


Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled any time prior to dispatch email (mail@babyeesh.co.uk) and any amounts paid will be refunded. If the item has already been despatched when cancelling then the customer must return the goods at their own cost.

Email confirmation will be sent upon dispatch of items.

Privacy Policy
Your personal information is kept in the strictest of confidance, we will never share your details with any third parties whatsoever unless directed to do so by law. We take all reasonable precautions to keep your detail of orders and payment secure, however, in the event of any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to your information we cannot be held liable.

Any email address given by you will be used only to notify you of the despatch of your order. We may also on occasions email details of any special offers or promotions to you using this information.

Visitors who give us their telephone numbers online will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed online.
