Terms and conditions should be read before any orders are placed.
1.Customer responsibility (1.1) The customer agrees to assume responsibility for the care, use and safekeeping of all items hired. The customer is to ensure suitability for items intended purpose and it's use in a safe and sensible manner, in line with manufacturers guidelines at all times. The customer is also responsible for any other persons using items and their use and care of. (1.2) Equipment is to be regularly checked to ensure it remains in safe, serviceable and clean condition. Any damage should be reported to Baby eesh immediately and use discontinued. Under no circumstance should the customer repair or attempt to repair any items. (1.3) Children should be supervised at all times while using equipment.
2.Liability (2.1) Baby eesh accept no responsibility for any injury to person or persons or damage to property however such incident should arise or be caused.
3.Delivery (3.1) Orders will only be handed over to the customer when the hire agreement has been read, understood and signed. (3.2) The customer is to inspect all items fully to ensure they are in safe working order. By accepting the delivery the customer is confirming this. (3.3) The customer agrees to the use of equipment being solely at their own risk.
4.Contract (4.1) This contract comes into effect on receipt of the confirmation of the customers order. (4.2) Cancellation and amendments to the hire agreement must be received 48 hours prior to commencement of hire date. In the event that less than 48 hours notice is given a cancellation fee of 25% of the order amount or an amendment fee, where orders are reduced, of 10% of original order amount will be applied. (4.3) Once the hire period has begun the customer is not entitled to cancel and is liable for full order costs.
5.Return of items (5.1) The customer is to return all items in good, clean working order similar to which it was received. (5.2) In the event that the customers use of items results in damage or excessive wear and tear, the customer is liable for loss of deposit and any further charges being incurred to cover said damage. (5.3) Deposits are not banked and are returned on return of items as per hire agreement and in satisfactory condition. Exception occurs, see (5.2). (5.4) In the event that equipment items cannot be returned due to being lost or stolen the customer is liable for the full cost of replacement item(s). (5.5)Failure to return items as per hire agreement dates will result in the customer being charged additional fees of twice the daily items charge for each date exceeding original terms.
