How   can i make an order?

Please complete an order form (link can be found to this at the bottom of every hire product page) we will then   get back to you as soon as possible to confirm your choice of product is available for your chosen hire period.  

How can i pay   for my order?  

Your order confirmation will include details of payment methods, you can either follow the link to pay by credit/debit card, bank transfer or echeque via paypal, by cheque (ensuring time to clear of at least 7 days before hire period commences & in conjunction with a current valid debit card) or cash on delivery.

Do i have to pay a deposit?

A deposit, relevant to order, is required and will be returned   once products have been returned in satisfactory condition (see terms & conditions).   Deposits can be either cash or cheque, cheques require guarantee card and will not be banked unless hire agreement terms are broken.

Where do you deliver to and how much are delivery charges?

We delivery within a 10 mile radius of Dronfield, this includes   Sheffield, Chesterfield, Eckington and surrounding areas. Please contact us if you need confirmation that we deliver to your area. A charge   includes delivery and pick up, within 5 miles costs £5 and   £1 per mile thereafter.

How do you maintain your equipment? How do i know it's safe & clean?

All products are bought from new, reputable brands and conform to current EU safety standards. All items are thoroughly steam cleaned before & after every hire and safety checked. Damaged, worn   or faulty products are immediately replaced.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. If you do cancel within 48 hours of the start of your hire agreement a charge will be payable.

What happens if i lose or damage equipment?

We allow for fair wear   & tear but your deposit will only be returned when items have been check & confirmed to be in working order & in a state to which they were sent to you in. Lost/stolen & severely damaged   items will need to be paid for in full- we do not have insurance to cover these items.  

Do products come with manuals/instructions for use?
